Do you ship internationally?

Yes, at this moment we ship to Belgium, The Netherlands, Luxemburg, Germany, France, Spain, Portugal and Italy. If your country is not listed and you would love to purchase our ceramics, please contact us at hello@andreafrieling.be and we’ll be happy to check the possibilities with you.

How can I track my order?

Once we shipped your order from the studio, you will receive an email with tracking information. If you did not receive a shipping confirmation email within 5 business days after placing you order please contact hello@andreafrieling.be

Is it possible to pick up my order at your studio?

Yes ofcourse! Choose ‘Free pick-up’ at your checkout.

 

How long does it take for my order to be shipped?

Orders are shipped within 5 working days. Once we shipped your order from the studio, you will receive an email with tracking information. If you did not receive a shipping confirmation email within 5 business days after placing you order please contact hello@andreafrieling.be
