Cancellation policy

I know that plans can change, so here's everything you need to know about cancelling or changing your workshop booking.

 

One-off workshops

When you book a one-off workshop, your spot is reserved especially for you. Because we work with very small groups, a cancellation at the last minute can mean that someone else no longer has the opportunity to join.

For that reason, workshop bookings cannot be refunded in case of cancellation or absence.

If you can no longer make it, you can change your booking to another available date once, free of charge, provided you let me know at least 48 hours before the start of the workshop.

After that, or in case of a no-show, the booking cannot be refunded or rescheduled.

If you booked together with friends, the cancellation policy applies to each individual booking.

 

3-week, 5-week and 10-week courses

For multi-week courses, you can cancel your booking up to one month before the start of the course.

In that case, I will refund your course fee minus a €45 administration fee.

Cancellations made less than one month before the start of the course are not refundable.

Unfortunately, individual lessons that you miss during a course cannot be made up or transferred to another date. The course is a fixed series and each group follows the same programme.

 

What if I am sick?

If you are unable to attend because you are ill, the same cancellation conditions apply.

For a one-off workshop, you can still move your booking to another available date once, as long as you let me know at least 48 hours in advance.

 

What if I have an emergency?

If something unexpected happens and you are unable to attend, please get in touch as soon as possible. I'll always try to think along with you, although a refund or rescheduling cannot be guaranteed outside the conditions above.

 

What if a workshop is cancelled by me?

Sometimes things happen that are outside of my control. If I need to cancel a workshop, you will always be offered the choice of moving your booking to another date or receiving a full refund.

 

A note about the right of withdrawal

Workshops are leisure activities that take place on a specific date. For this type of booking, the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply.
