Are your ceramics food safe?
Yes, all our ceramic tableware is safe to serve your favorite dishes!
Can i put my ceramics in the oven or microwave?
Yes, all our ceramic tableware was fired at temperatures above 1000 degrees which makes them very safe to warm your food in an oven or microwave. Just make sure not to cause temperature shock by putting your hot tableware on an cold tabletop, your ceramics may crack. Rather warm your food from a cold oven so the ceramic warms up evenly.
How do I care for my ceramics?
Although we prefer a gentle hand wash, all tableware is dishwasher safe. The glaze layer on the stoneware will then retain its beauty much longer when hand washed.
How are your ceramics made?
Our ceramics are handmade in our studio in Ghent. Each piece passes through my hands several times so it is made with a lot of love and attention. Because each piece is handmade, small differences in color or size are possible. These small differences make each piece unique and ready to be treasured for a lifetime.
Do you make custom orders?
If you have a custom idea, feel free to reach out. We’re happy to hear from you and would love to make your idea reality.
The item I would love is sold out, will there be a restock?

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, at this moment we ship to Belgium, The Netherlands, Luxemburg, Germany, France, Denmark, Austria, Spain, Portugal and Italy. If your country is not listed and you would love to purchase our ceramics, please contact us at email@example.com and we’ll be happy to check the possibilities with you.
How can I track my order?
Once we shipped your order from the studio, you will receive an email with tracking information. If you did not receive a shipping confirmation email within 5 business days after placing you order please contact firstname.lastname@example.org
Is it possible to pick up my order at your studio?
Yes ofcourse! Choose ‘Free pick-up’ at your checkout.
Can I return my order?
If you feel that the items you received do not match what you had in mind, you can return them. Please note that the cost of returning the package is for the customer. When the package is delivered in its original state, without defects, at the studio, we will refund the customer in the payment method used.
Can I exchange my order?
At the moment, we are not accepting any exchanges. If you would like to order something else, we encourage you to place a new order on our webshop and return the previous order for a refund. Please note that the shipping costs to return the item are for the customer.
How long does it take for my order to be shipped?
Orders are shipped within 5 working days. Once we shipped your order from the studio, you will receive an email with tracking information. If you did not receive a shipping confirmation email within 5 business days after placing you order please contact email@example.com
